Since our country Nepal is a developing country and we need to develop man power in different modalities. In this context, the number of paramedical manpower in our country is not sufficient to carry on the health care process of the people living in different regions of Nepal. The Number of medical institute is growing and trying to overcome the deficit of health workers.
The current economic plan of Nepal have proved sufficient national support for technical education with the motive that it will be instrumental in reducing growing poverty and unemployment in order to fulfill this national expectation, Nepalese CTEVT policy makers have expressed a need to for structure and reform in effective technical education policies to minimize unemployment.
