Vision
To carry out different health related bachelor program in near future and establish Holy Vision technical Campus as an example in the society.

Endeavour not only to develop competent minds but also to inspire students with characters developing principles and empower them with a sense of public mindedness.
Goal/Objectives
- To educate and train the students to become qualified and dedicated middle level health professionals so as to provide quality health care to the people all over Nepal and other foreign countries in preventive, promotive, curative, drug management and rehabilitative aspects.
- To encourage pressure for higher studies for those deserving students in their related fields
