47th Convocation Ceremony Notice Published By TU

The Office of the Controller of Examinations at Tribhuvan University, Balkhu, Kathmandu, has issued a form filling notice for the 47th Convocation event.

Students who have passed and received their academic transcript by the following dates are encouraged to fill out the online application form and are eligible to participate in Tribhuvan University’s 47th Convocation Ceremony.

Eligibility

Students who finished their semester/yearly exams of Bachelor, Masters, M.Phil, or PhD and received their transcript between June 15, 2020, and June 14, 2021 (Ashadh 1, 2077 to Jestha 31, 2078) are eligible to apply, according to TU’s 46th grace list.

Other candidates’ application forms will not be accepted if they do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, according to the convocation notification.

FEE DESCRIPTION

If student wants to take their Guardian (Maximum Number: 1) in the Convocation Program, then they have to pay Non-Refundable Charge of NPR 300 Rupees for Guardian.

Fee Description as follows:

Level: Bachelor level
Convocation Fee:2,200 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 3,700

Level:Masters and M.Phil
Convocation Fee:2700 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4200

Level:PhD
Convocation Fee: 3200 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4700

METHOD

Students are requested to fill and submit the Online Application [CLICK HERE]. Online form will be available from 21 Bhadra 2078 to 21 Ashwin 2078

Students should upload scan copy of following documents:

  • MRP Photo
  • Nationality Citizenship
  • Transcript in digital format

Requirements to submit form

  • MRP Photo,Nationality/Passport, Transcript in digital format
  • Name in preeti font
  • Email and mobile number
  • Bank deposit transaction number
