Colleges not allowed to take more then Rs. 25 for Entrance Form

An urgent notice was published today by Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) to regulate its new directives. Some of the major points in its directive goes as follows:

  • It has urged all the higher secondary schools not to take more than Rs. 25 for new admissions application form and not more then Rs. 100 as entrance fee. Also, in the same notice they have also asked the concerned parents not to pay more than that.
  • It has asked all the higher secondary schools not to give any short of advertisements nor take new admissions before the publication of the result.
  • In the same notice, they also asked the higher secondary schools to give 15 days period for application while announcing new admission for Grade 11.
  • HSEB has also asked all the higher secondary schools to reserve the scholarship quota as set by the board.
