Embassy of India Releases COMPEX 2026 E-Admit Cards: Download Portal and Guidelines

📌 Notice Overview

The Education Wing of the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, has officially issued a notice for all eligible Nepali candidates regarding the release and download of the E-Admit Card for the COMPEX – 2026 Scholarship Examination.

The COMPEX scheme provides prestigious undergraduate scholarship opportunities for Nepali students pursuing engineering (B.E.), pharmacy (B.Pharmacy), agriculture (B.Sc. Ag), dairy technology, and allied professional degree courses at premier Indian universities and institutes.

Candidates who submitted their online applications must promptly download their examination admit cards and inspect the venue details.

⚠️ Mandatory Examination Hall Regulations

  1. Required Verification Documents: Under strict Embassy guidelines, no candidate will be permitted entry into the examination centre without:
    • A clear printed physical copy of the E-Admit Card.
    • An original government-issued photo identity proof (Valid Passport or original Nepal Citizenship Certificate).
  2. Review Hall Details: Candidates must thoroughly review their designated Exam City, Centre Name, Street Address, Examination Date, Session Timing, and Reporting Time printed on the admit card before exam day.

🏢 In-Person Facilitation Counter for Admit Card Discrepancies

If an applicant encounters any issues such as a missing photograph, absent signature, or spelling discrepancy, the Embassy of India has set up a designated Facilitation Counter:

  • Location: Education Wing, Embassy of India, Kathmandu, Nepal
  • Operating Dates & Times: 25th September (Friday) & 26th September (Saturday) 2026, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM
  • Mandatory Documents to Bring:
    1. Six (06) recent passport-sized color photographs.
    2. Printed copy of the complete initial online application form.
    3. Original bank deposit voucher / challan verifying fee payment.
    4. Original academic mark-sheets and certificates of Class 10th and Class 12th.
    5. Original Citizenship Certificate.
