A Chinese company plans to launch it’s satellite in the space in near future which would be a basis to provide free WiFi to everyone around the world. If the company plan rolls out successfully, by the year 2020, we can experience and use high speed internet at no cost.
The satellite is all set to be launched next year from it’s launch station and the company plans to send out 10 such satellite by the year 2020. The company doesn’t plan to stop there as it’s next phase would be to have 272 satellites by the year 2026 which will be able to provide free WiFi of whose coverage now will be all over the world.
The company plans to spend over $5billion to make it happen.
