HSEB Board, OCE and all other concerned are now gearing up for the publication of the most awaited result of class 12 examination. However, the result can’t be published in hassle and messed up and we must understand the situation as well. After drastic fall in the pass percentage and overall result of SLC, HSEB Board might be in some short of pressure from that situation as well. Since, more then 15,000 passed & failed students applied for re-evaluation of their exam paper as they were not really convinced by the marks they saw in their mark-sheet of SLC examination.
HSEB will only publish the result for Science stream first like in the previous years and then move on towards the publication of the results of Management stream; which can be expected to be in around a month or two after it.
What are the process involved and why so delay ?
Answer sheet checking is the very first step in the publication of the result. And the teachers who have valued licence are only allowed to check the paper in the so described hall and time with the certain number of papers allowed per day. There will be cross-checking and re-checking process as well for few of the answer sheets. After completion of checking, double and triple checking in some cases, the papers are now finally corrected. At the mean time marks ledger must be transferred to digital form. The hardest and most risky part starts here. And in this process even after complete update of all those marks, these data are checked at least 3 times to remove any error in the marks processing.
And, unlike in previous years, HSEB office hasn’t been the victim of Students Union and thus the works are underway smoothly. However, the date has been slightly delayed due to some of the internal and external reasons.
So, when will the result be published ?
Exact date for the result publication can’t be forecasted as of now as many of you have asked for since HSEB has always remained reserved regarding the exact date for the result publication.
When asked continuously one of the sakha aadhikrit at HSEB told us that the result is to be published in about a week or so as HSEB OCE stepped towards the final step in the ladder for the result publication. And he also, mentioned that for the other remaining faculties i.e. Education, Management, Humanities and rest; the result date is expected to be within a month or two.
For class 11 students, the result date is little bit too far at the moment to think too much about it. You must be waiting for months for it. And, the result of all the faculties will be published together for class 11 unlike of class 12 where science faculty result is published few weeks before the rest.
