Nepal’s Midwestern University Examination Management Office has issued a notice to fill out the form for the second convocation ceremony.
The following fees must be paid by students who intend to attend the graduation ceremony.
Bachelor’s Level:
- Convocation and Certificate Fee : 4500
- Gown/ Scarf Deposit: 2000
- Total: Rs. 6500
Master’s Level :
- Convocation and Certificate Fee : 5000
- Gown/ Scarf Deposit: 2000
- Total: Rs. 7000
M.Phil. :
- Convocation and Certificate Fee : 5500
- Gown/ Scarf Deposit: 2000
- Total: Rs. 7500
Ph.D. :
- Convocation and Certificate Fee : 6000
- Gown/ Scarf Deposit: 2000
- Total: Rs. 8000
Documents required to be submitted along with the application form:
Certificate of Nepali citizenship in case of indigenous students and a copy of passport in case of foreign students.
A copy of the transcript.
Two copies of MRP size photo.
Original voucher of the prescribed fee deposited in the account no. 028004311C of this Midwestern University Examination Management Office at Nepal Bangladesh Bank, Surkhet branch.
Note:
- One parent may be involved in the graduation ceremony. An additional fee of Rs. 500 (non-refundable) will be charged if the parent is also involved.
- Details of the graduation ceremony will be published later.
