🗓️ Important Guidelines on Academic Certificates & Retotaling
- Academic Transcript Availability: Official academic certificates and mark-sheets for successful examinees will be made available through the designated NEB offices 7 days after the date of result publication.

Online Retotaling Application:
- Students who are dissatisfied with their obtained marks can apply for online retotaling (re-checking).
- Application Window: From Asoj 09, 2083 (9:00 AM) to Asoj 14, 2083 (5:00 PM).
- Retotaling Fee: NPR 1,000 per subject.
- How to Apply: Log on to the official NEB portal at neb.gov.np and navigate to the Retotaling PRC section to submit the online form and electronic payment voucher.
- Clerical & Data Corrections: In case of any discrepancies regarding withheld status, subject code mismatch, registration number mismatch, or name/surname spelling, students must submit an application along with supporting credentials to their respective Provincial Examination Management Office or the Central Office at Sanothimi within 15 days.
