Nepal Records Rs 500 Billion Foreign Trade In First Three Months Of Current FY

In the first three months of the current fiscal year, the country’s foreign trade surged by 68.13 percent. In the first three months of the previous fiscal year, it was valued Rs 323 billion 315 million 953 thousand.

In the first three months of this fiscal year, the import-export ratio of foreign commerce was 88.03:11.97. According to the figures, exports climbed by 109.54 percent in the first three months of this fiscal year compared to the same period last year.

In the first three months of the previous fiscal year, exports totaled Rs 31 billion 46 million 93 thousand. In the first three months of the current fiscal year, it was Rs 65 billion 528 million 34 thousand.

In the first three months of the current fiscal year, the trade deficit widened by 58.28%, reaching Rs 413 billion470 million 386 thousand.
