One of the involvee of the fire incident of TriChandra Campus who turned it’s library into ashes is caught. And with this, the police hopes to extract more information and put other culprits dwelling free behind the bars as well.
A special team formed by Nepal police was able to catch Prabin Kaini (urff…Ram Bahadur Dorjey) who is set to have been involved in the fire incident and the clash as well.
