Examinations at TU will take place as scheduled on Friday and Saturday.
Tribhuvan University has decided to postpone all exams beginning January 23 due to the increased risk of the third wave of COVID-19 infection.
Exams for the Faculty of Science, which are scheduled for today (Friday), and the Faculty of Management, which are scheduled for Saturday, will go on as scheduled.
Tribhuvan University examinations began on Tuesday. According to Deputy Controller Ghanshyam Thakur, the University Examination Control Office, Balkhu, decided to conduct a meeting on Thursday and postpone all exams from January 23, following the students’ protest.
However, the tests scheduled for January 21 and 22 will be held as scheduled.
“On January 21, all of the scientific faculty’s exams will be held. The management faculty’s BBA and B.Sc. admission tests will also be held on January 22,” stated Deputy Controller Thakur.
“Other examinations slated to begin on January 23 have been postponed by the examinations committee.” The management faculty test will be held in front of around 20,000 students.
