What are the main challenges facing the operations of local government?

- Very less awareness about authority to the locals which might cause issues in fund allocation and local government will be unable to attract local talent
- Can cause high degree of corruption
- budget constraints in local government heavy process might need formation from state government which will create long time to execute any development project
- there will be other issues like fair election nepotism and favouritism
