it is easy to lift a body in water because water has more density than that of air ,and density is directly proportional to the upthrust .so, it is easier to lift a body in air.

The upthirst of water is greater and upthurst of air seem be like negligible so it is easier to lift in water

Yeah,according to Archimedes’s principle. The upthrust in air is lesser than the upthrust in liquid.
