This college was established in the year 2000 through inspiration and leadership of Dr. Gopi Lal Neupane; it seeks to provide the new opportunity to get market-oriented education in Nepal. • 85% and above in SLC and +2 -Full Scholorchip in admission & monthly fee
• 80% and above in SLC and +2 -50% scholarship in admission and 50%in monthly fee
• 75% and above in SLC and +2 -50% off in admission fee -Recommendation of this college board member, student, teacher and staff -22% off in admission fee. (Students must produce recommendation letter from the concerned authority)
• Girls/Female -21% off in admission fee
• Poor, Dalit and Madhessi -20% off in admission fee.(Poor must produce the recommendation documents of VDC or Municipal Office or Previous School or College and must attach it with the admission form)
• +2 from Active scholarship -33% in admission and 20% in monthly fee
• SLC from Active scholarship -33% in admission and 20% in month fee

MERIT BASED

• 80% and above in term -Full(100%) monthly fee waives + Rs. 1000/- cash
• 75% and above in term -50% monthly fee waives
• 70% and above in term -25% monthly fee waives
• 60% and above in term -15% monthly fee waives
• for all who passes the internal exam -5% monthly fee waives
